_Three Injured in Dollywood Tram Rear-End Collision_
Pigeon Forge, TN – A tram rear-end collision at Dollywood has left three people injured, according to park officials.
The incident occurred when one tram stopped suddenly, causing the tram behind it to collide with it. The impact resulted in three passengers sustaining injuries, including neck and back pain, as well as minor bruises.
“We are sorry to hear that some of our guests were injured in the tram accident,” said a Dollywood spokesperson. “Their safety and well-being are our top priority, and we are investigating the cause of the incident.”
Emergency services were quickly called to the scene, and the injured guests were treated by park medical staff. Two guests were transported to a local hospital for further evaluation, while the third was treated and released at the scene.
The tram service has been suspended temporarily while the investigation continues. Dollywood officials are working to determine the cause of the accident and are reviewing safety protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future.
