Dolly Parton’s Dollywood Park Affected By Extreme Flooding, Cars Fully Submerged and some bodies were not found

‎A flash flood ensued after the recent storm in Tennessee, leaving one person injured at Dolly Parton’s Dollywood amusement park. Park visitors were also left stranded and had to wade through the water as it rose from their ankles to their waist.

 

The park’s amenities were also affected by the weather, as shops and rides were soon ravaged by the water. The National Weather Service previously issued a flash flood warning directed at Sevier County in Tennessee, where Dolly’s Park is situated.With videos of the incident circulating on social media, Dollywood parkgoers showed their annoyance by sharing their experience. “I still love Dollywood… but we barely escaped today. Hope everyone gets out alright,” someone wrote, while another recalled how a tree fell and blocked the road after bringing down the fence to get their vehicle out.
