A six-year-old child from Carthage, Missouri, was killed in a boating accident on Table Rock Lake, south of Hollister, Missouri, on Friday at approximately 11:15 a.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The preliminary report states that notifications are sent to next of kin. Juvenile names are kept anonymous per MSHP media guidelines.
