Browns’ Deshaun Watson sued over another alleged ’20 sexual assault and also band in Framingham

Deshaun Watson is the target of a civil lawsuit filed on Monday by a Houstonian woman who claims the quarterback for the Cleveland Browns was the victim of a sexual assault and violence in October 2020. In the lawsuit, the lady going by “Jane Doe” asserts that Watson attacked and battered her before they had supper at her residence. In the case, it is claimed that Watson—who was then playing for the Houston Texans—met the woman at a neighborhood eatery, grabbed her number, and proposed a date at a mall. The woman suggested having supper at her apartment because she didn’t want to see Watson in public.

The woman was not given a chance to respond, according to the lawsuit, before Watson “partially disrobed Jane Doe and penetrated her vagina without consent, implicit or explicit.” The woman was able to free herself from Watson after being sexually abused for “several minutes,” and she used a hefty weapon to defend herself. The lawsuit claims that Watson “stormed out of” the woman’s apartment after becoming “enraged” about the purported contact. The Browns have not yet provided a statement, and the NFL declined to comment on the complaint.
