Good news: DoorDash incorporates Max streaming into offerings for DashPass members

According to the company, this is the first time a streaming benefit has been added to its services for subscribers to the premium service.

According to DoorDash, its premium service subscribers will now get access to its first-ever streaming feature. Max’s “With Ads”-tier service is now available to DashPass subscribers, according to the firm behind the well-known delivery app, which was announced this week.

The agreement between the corporation and Warner Bros. Discovery, the owner of the streaming platform, would reportedly contain “a library of beloved TV from leading brands like HBO, Warner Bros., A24, Adult Swim, ID, and the DC Universe.” According to the corporation, users ought to have been able to access the streaming services by Tuesday.

Customers of Max streaming currently pay $9.99 a month, or $99.99 annually, for the tier that includes commercials. This represents a 16% savings over monthly payments. The next tier up is $16.00 a month for ad-free options. DoorDash claims that after deducting the member discount on food delivery and other delivery services, the value of its premium offers comes to about $240 year. However, users only pay $96 for the service.

For an extra $10.99 a month, DoorDash is providing its clients with the option to stream Max without advertisements. Depending on how frequently users use the platforms to have different things delivered, such as food orders and restaurant deliveries, some delivery apps, as CNET noted last year, offer more perks than others. Certain platforms’ member-tier advantages are only accessible by purchasing additional memberships. For example, Grubhub users can use Amazon Prime’s premium tier providing “Grubhub+” in order to avoid paying delivery fees.
