For the First Time, Black Sabbath Makes It Into A Billboard Chart With…

The band’s final separation in 2017 did not stop fans from enjoying Black Sabbath’s music. The band is still a mainstay of the hard rock and metal scenes, and its legendary standing isn’t going away any time soon.

Even now, the group’s output is highly valued and well-liked. One of Black Sabbath’s greatest successes this week even makes it to a Billboard list that it has never been on before because to the song’s enduring popularity—especially when streamed.

This week, “Paranoid” makes it to the Hard Rock Streaming Songs list. The song appears at number 13 on Billboard’s list of the hardest rock (and metal) songs that Americans have streamed the most.

Black Sabbath hits the ranking when the band’s smash hits the streaming-only list for the initial instance.

The band has never been able to make it onto the Hard Rock Streaming Songs chart, despite having one of the most well-known names in the genre.

The lone new song on the hard rock streaming ranking this period is “Paranoid.” No new title that has never been on the list before makes an appearance on the roster, although a few other well-liked cuts are back. The ranking has favorites from the style’s stars, such as Three Days Grace, System of a Down, and Creed.

“Paranoid,” which Black Sabbath released in the summer of 1970, became the band’s breakthrough single. In the band’s native United Kingdom, the song cracked the top 10.

Although it fell short of the top 40, it also made them appear on the American Hot 100 for the first time.
