Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (WVLT) – Aaron Huss knew he wanted to be a firefighter since he was 16 years old, while on vacation with his family in Florida. According to Pigeon Forge Fire Department Chief Tony Watson, Huss and his mother saw firemen responding to a fire while on vacation and were immediately interested. “His mother explained that they were drilling holes in the ceiling and undertaking an overhaul, and he was intrigued even at the age of 16. “He wanted to go talk to those firefighters,” Watson explained. Watson was only 18 when he joined the Pigeon Forge Fire Department, and he died on Sunday in a motorbike accident on I-40 in Knox County. “I was suffering and crying.
