Lions Quarterback Player just signed a Divorce with his wife due to….

On April 18, the Detroit Lions celebrated the unveiling of their new uniforms. However, Kerby Joseph, the safety for the Lions, also delivered some unfavorable news.

Following the presentation of the team’s new uniforms, Joseph disclosed to media at Ford Field that he had offseason hip surgery. He will miss the team’s offseason practices as a result of the procedure.

According to the safety, he plans to return by training camp.

Please be patient with me. But I’ll be back,” Joseph stated, as reported by Nolan Bianchi of The Detroit News.

The hip injury sustained by Joseph happened in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks. He was deemed doubtful for Week 5 and missed Weeks 3 and 4. However, Joseph was not listed on the injury report for the remainder of the season after playing in Week 5.

He had 82 total tackles in 15 games, which was the same amount he had in 17 games during his rookie campaign. In 2023, Joseph also recorded 4 interceptions, 11 pass defenses, and 1 tackle for loss.

Following his outstanding debut season in 2022, Joseph had high expectations for his sophomore campaign. According to Jeff Risdon of Lions Wire on USA Today, Joseph had a “up-and-down” 2023. But it’s simple to understand why given the hip surgery he had to have.

Before playing again, the ball-hawking safety missed the following two games, according to Risdon. But during the remainder of the season, his coverage range and closing burst changed.
