Deep into NFL free agency, the top players have already signed elsewhere, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t hidden gems waiting to be signed. The Las Vegas Raiders, having already made one blockbuster addition with the signing of Christian Wilkins and lesser additions such as Gardner Minshew, are still improving the roster.

As previously stated, the Raiders general manager Tom Telesco is occupied with pursuing the top free agents at deeper levels, even though there isn’t a Wilkins-caliber player left on the board. He is now returning his focus to acquiring additional defensive components for coach Antonio Pierce.

Before missing thirty games due to injuries over the previous three seasons, White established himself as a ballhawk. In each of his first four seasons, he intercepted multiple passes and was selected to two Pro Bowls.

The Raiders’ defense would be greatly strengthened if White could play at his peak again, giving Maxx Crosby and Christian Wilkins more opportunity to pressure quarterbacks. However, they must first seal the deal with White during their visit, ensuring that his health is in order following a protracted history of injuries.
