Ford has been appointed director of player personnel at UCLA. He was Washington State’s director of recruitment for two seasons. In addition, he will help with player recruitment and continuous player assistance. Ethan Young, the previous director of player personnel at UCLA, will be replaced by Ford. During the previous five seasons, Young performed such function. The Bruins program is thriving right now, and Ford will be in charge of expanding it in terms of recruiting.
