Completed Deal: A $50.5 million agreement has been reached between the key player for the CJ STROUD and…

In the previous NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers chose to select former Alabama signal caller Bryce Young at No. 1 overall instead of Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud.

While Young endured an initial season that he probably would rather to forget, Stroud went on to lead the Houston Texans to the postseason and win NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Young concluded his first season with 2,877 yards, an 11-10 touchdown to interception ratio, and a 59.8 percent completion percentage. Many are wondering how new head coach Dave Canales intends to improve the young signal caller for the Panthers.

For the former offensive coordinator of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, that seems like a big ask after a season in which Bryce Young started just two games and finished with a franchise-high 62 sacks.
During his press conference at the scouting combine on Tuesday, Canales declared boldly and early that there was no plan to fix Bryce Young.
After Young’s impressive debut season, when he finished with 2,877 yards, an 11-10 touchdown to interception ratio, and a 59.8 percent completion rate, it’s natural to believe that he would need “fixing.”

Recently, new Carolina Panthers head coach Dave Canales was questioned about how he intends to improve the offense and Bryce Young during an interview at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis.

Canales clarified, “I think it’s about developing an offense that we can be proud of.” Something that is intelligent, resilient, and capable of looking after the football.

Canales remarked, “I really respect Bryce and the path that has brought him to this point.” “Here are some things that we can really dig into and improve on your things that you’re doing,” is what I want to be able to provide him. It should be concrete and specific. So, when he returns to us in a few weeks, we’ll have a fantastic plan.
