Kicker Tyler Bass had the most challenging final stretch of the season of any Buffalo Bill.
Bass lined up for a 44-yard field goal with fewer than two minutes remaining in the Bills’ Divisional Round matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, which would have tied the score at 27. At first glance, Bass’s kick appeared impressive, but it abruptly veered to the right and ended up well away from the uprights. The Chiefs would then run out the time to win 27–24, shattering Bills Mafia’s heart once more.
