Christian Horner investigation: Ford boss issues statement as…..

In light of the continuing inquiry against Red Bull team principal Christian Horner, Ford Motorsports CEO Mark Rushbrook stated that the US automaker expects “very high standards of behaviour and integrity.”

The longest-serving team manager in Formula One, Horner, is presently defending himself against claims of improper behavior made by a Red Bull Racing worker.

He has vehemently and continuously refuted the accusations, and on Thursday he was present at Red Bull’s 2024 vehicle, the RB20.

Last year, Ford declared that they would work with Red Bull for their engines starting in 2026, when the team’s present powertrain suppliers, Honda, will transfer to Aston Martin.

Ford is awaiting the investigation’s conclusion, according to Rushbrook, worldwide head of Ford Performance Motorsport, ahead of this weekend’s Daytona 500.

“As a family company that holds itself to very high standards of behavior and integrity, we do expect the same from our partners,” he said in an interview with the Associated Press.

“There has unavoidably been a distraction, but the team is very cohesive,” he stated.

“Everyone is concentrating on the next season. It has been a great deal
