Las vegas Raiders has Reportedly sent away maxx crosby to help improve…..

A recent survey reveals that several league officials and coaches rank the Las Vegas Raiders as the least successful head coach choice of the offseason, despite the fact that many in the league and the team’s supporters applauded the franchise for hiring Antonio Pierce on a full-time basis.

Halfway through the 2023–24 season, Antonio Pierce found himself in a very challenging situation. Owner Mark Davis removed Josh McDaniel, the head coach of the New England Patriots, when his catastrophic tenure became intolerable, and promoted linebackers coach Pierce to the position of head coach.

The former captain of the New York Giants, however, overcame adversity to guide the team to a 5-4 season, record victories over rivals the Los Angeles Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs, and inspire Raiders fans with the prospect of a successful season in 2024. It should come as no surprise that Pierce’s late-season success and good feelings helped him secure a full-time position in January.

Although the NFL praised Pierce’s decision to stay instead of going after more well-known and established candidates for head coach, it appears that several players thought it was a poor choice. The Athletic conducted a poll on Wednesday regarding the head coach appointments made this offseason, asking six “high ranking” executives and coaches. The Chargers’ Jim Harbaugh from Michigan was, predictably, the most well-liked.
