Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs are vying for their third Super Bowl victory in five years.
Reid is vying for his third Super Bowl crown in five seasons, having missed out on the championship after 21 seasons. A third Super Bowl victory would tie Reid with Bill Belichick, Chuck Noll, Bill Walsh, and Joe Gibbs as the only head coaches to win at least three Super Bowl titles. Reid is just the fourth coach to have appeared in five Super Bowls.
In his 11 seasons with Kansas City, Reid has never had a losing campaign. Over the past ten years, he has had double-digit winning seasons every time. Reid has won two Super Bowls, four AFC Championships, eight consecutive AFC West titles, and six consecutive conference championship berths over that time. The Chiefs join the Buffalo Bills (1990–1993) and the New England Patriots (2014–2018) as the only teams in NFL history to win four Super Bowls in five seasons.
