Vikings QB Main Player Threatens to LEAVE if The Club Fails to….

As his rookie contract was about to expire, Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson visited the PFT Live studio on Wednesday to talk about his future with the organization. On Friday, it was quarterback Kirk Cousins’ chance to do the same.

Although Jefferson has a 2024 contract, Cousins is expected to become a free agent in March.

Both Cousins and Vikings receiver K.J. Osborn, who is also eligible for free agency this offseason, expressed their desire to continue developing the “ascending team” that they thought was being built before Cousins tore his Achilles tendon, but Osborn pointed out that they have little control over such decisions.

“When it gets to February and March, now we kind of are passive.”

“Much better quarterback at 36,” he said, citing his career growth in mental toughness and his desire to play “several more years,” in the mold of players like Drew Brees and Tom Brady.

Since rupturing his Achilles tendon during his team’s victory over the Packers in Week 8, quarterback Kirk Cousins of the Minnesota Vikings has been aching to return to the game.

“Since this was my first surgery ever, a lot of things were unfamiliar to me, but the process has been beneficial,”

said the cousins.

“I kind of kept waiting for the setback or the frustration with the rehab, but it’s been a positive experience,” the patient said, two and a half months after the surgery. However, I’m eager to move on and compete in the upcoming season. I’ve “ll probably appreciate playing more than I ever have before.”

After Cousins’ injury, Vikings supporters couldn’t help but wonder “what if,” especially because Minnesota had acquired the fifth-year option on the contract of 2022 NFL Offensive Player of the Year Justin Jefferson.

“We”ve played together for four seasons, and you feel like every year you get to know your teammates more and better, so we”ve created a fantastic relationship,”

said the cousins.
