The Vikings have reached an agreement on a $96.7 million contract with…

Without a doubt, Justin Jefferson’s primary concern is the bag.

The Minnesota Vikings’ top wide receiver Justin Jefferson is seeking compensation, and to be honest, he doesn’t care which team pays him.

Jefferson had never missed a game in his college football career until the 2023 NFL season; however, he did wind up missing seven in his most recent campaign. But even with just 10 games played (one cut short due to an injury in the first quarter), the player recorded his fourth consecutive season of 1,000 yards or more.

The Vikings selected Jefferson in the first round of the draft, and he is presently in the middle of his rookie deal. As everyone knows, an NFL first-round selection is awarded a five-year contract, the fifth of which is a team option. Unexpectedly, Minnesota decided to exercise its right to retain Jefferson.

Jefferson’s contract is about to expire, but if the Vikings decide not to re-sign him, he will be free to sign with any team.

That’s okay with Jefferson though, because when it comes down to make a choice, he wants two things: a ton of money and a team that genuinely, sincerely, sincerely wants him. To be exact, he wants a group to “break the bank” on his behalf.
