Completed Deal: A $66.7 million contract has been agreed between the Buffalo Bills

Simply put, quit the foolishness. Before the 2024 season, wide receiver Stefon Diggs will not be traded by the Buffalo Bills.

As the offseason approaches, the media-created “Diggs drama” looks to be gaining momentum, but it’s all fiction just like it was last year.

Diggs’s interview at the Pro Bowl Games with NFL Network reporter Cameron Wolfe set the tone for the most recent installment in the series. For whatever reason, an honest remark turned into a suggestion that the Bills’ first baseman is planning to leave town.

It’s a long offseason in front of me. As far as what the future holds, shoot, I don’t have any surprises for you right now,” said Diggs in the interview.

No surprises now and no surprises in the near future. Before one even begins to question Diggs’ role in Buffalo’s offense, or his relationship with quarterback Josh Allen, the salary cap reality makes the idea of moving him a non-starter.
